About the job:

We are currently seeking ambitious, self-driven and passionate sales consultants, who can grow, impress and progress within our company.

The role includes:

  • Networking
  • Telephone-based outreach
  • Client meetings (at Xanda HQ, client locations or remote)
  • Client relationship management (including upselling)
  • Design and management of intelligent inbound lead generation ideas
    (budgets readily available subject to accepted proposals)
  • Proposal writing
  • Closing deals!

Responsibilities:

  • Identifying and generating lead opportunities
  • Making cold calls to business prospects
  • Develop, maintain and grow relationships with customers
  • Consult, advise and coach customers to upsell different services
  • Have full ownership over your pipeline and ensure it is never empty
  • Deal Execution – selling, proposing and closing

Location:

The job requires you to work from our North London offices where you will host the majority of your meetings and at times to travel to meet clients (usually within London).

Job Type:

Full-time

Basic Salary:

£20k – £25kpa (dependant on experience)

Additional pay:

Large commission 10% (Xanda sales are typically: £4k-£60k+)

Schedule:

Monday to Friday (9am – 5.30pm)

Experience:

Sales: 1 year (preferred)
