Xanda are looking to hire a Digital Marketing Executive to join our expending team

This role is focused on building awareness of our clients and increasing the acquisition of new business for our clients through engagement and conversion via digital channels. This includes the management of our clients’ digital marketing mix including websites, online content syndication, SEO and paid advertising.


  • Build the online strategy and platforms/channels for our clients to deliver impactful and engaging campaigns that will help to increase brand profiles in the market and build sales pipelines
  • Manage and develop client Social Media platforms and campaigns
  • Strategic and operational management of clients’ website including development/design, content, optimisation/SEO, reporting and analytics
  • Brief and manage external agencies and our in-house development and creative departments
  • Define audience needs and translate those into content concepts for compelling digital interactions and user experience. Ensure interplay between textual and visual elements
  • Post and update website content
  • Manage PPC and paid advertising strategy and campaigns including optimisation and reporting
  • Keep abreast of new channels and emerging technologies supporting digital marketing (web, mobile, SEO) and account based marketing (ABM)
  • Monitor and conduct end-user analysis, SEO research and competitor analysis on an ongoing basis
  • Work closely with clients own marketing teams to ensure digital support and deliver planned and ad hoc web based campaigns
  • Create, document and maintain digital content standards/framework, SEO best practices guidelines
  • Work closely with product marketing to ensure content is optimised and formatted for web/mobile/SEO
  • Be proactive in the ongoing maintenance of the websites, by spotting opportunities, updating content as and when required and making recommendations on content and features
  • Ensure content remains fresh and up-to-date (across all digital properties) while also maintaining continuity and overall consistency of digital content user experience (messaging, voice and style); establish and maintain web information architecture
  • Report on digital channels activities and drive growth both in terms of reach and conversion
  • Support with email campaigns if required

Key Skills

  • A strategic thinker who is not afraid to get stuck in and implement the strategy himself / herself
  • Good understanding of SEO concepts
  • Good understanding of Social Networks
  • Strong understanding of and experience in digital marketing including latest trends and best practices
  • Experience in delivering timely digital projects, working with agencies and in-house developers
  • Experience of leading or being part of a team designing, implementing and launching digital marketing strategies
  • Ability to understand and manage wireframes and experience of web development testing
  • Ability to manage website Content Management System and on-going content management including reporting and analytics
  • Experience of managing online content syndication programmes and paid advertising campaigns
  • Experience in a similar role within an IT, software, SaaS organisation preferable
  • Good understanding of content marketing
  • Good understanding of the customer buying journey and the marketing/sales funnel and how digital marketing feeds into it


Xanda operate out of our North London offices very close to East Finchley tube station on the Northern Line.


£20,000 – £30,000 per annum negotiable considering skills and experience.
